Vendor Information
If you would like to participate as a vendor in our upcoming event - F.A.I.T.H. Charity Luncheon on September 14, 2024, please download the attached vendor agreement and application. Tables are $195.00 and tickets are sold separately.
The registration form must be signed and returned, along with payment in full, no later August 31, 2024. Please make checks payable to F.A.I.T.H. Inc, and mail to 3422 Marriott Dr. Columbus, Georgia 31907.

Reservations will be confirmed by email. A $35.00 fee will be collected for any checks returned due to insufficient funds.
